Thaba Ya Batswana Eco-Toursim intends to establish a mixed-use township in the south of Johannesburg to be known as Stone Rivera's Arch Mixed-Use Development comprising retail, offices, schools, hotels, stands and sectional title apartments.

Key Projects are responsible for project managing a technical team of consultants undertaking urban & town planning, environmental & heritage planning, engineering infrastructure and services investigation and feasibility studies.
