CENTURY CITY OFFICE PARK
A triple A grade new office block in the Century City office precinct adjacent Canal walk shopping centre was completed in February 2008.
Embracing the principles of new urbanism, Century City is a 250 ha mixed use development in Cape Town combining office, retail, residential and leisure components in an integrated, stimulating and aesthetically pleasing urban environment.
The complex includes a cluster of 5 separate 3 storey office blocks.

SERVICES AND OUTCOME
Key provided the project management and principal agent services. The project achieved a 9% cost saving that was benchmarked on phase 1 where they were not involved. A high quality design and worksmanship was achieved and most notably with not a single reportable accident over the contract period.
The success of this project was down to strong leadership by Key and a great team working towards a common objective to ensure the client was delighted with the end product.
