COMMERCIAL OFFICES
The demand exists for good quality office accommodation in Lubumbashi. With the recent recovery of the economy and in particular the mining industry, with its support industry, demand is being created for commercial office space.

At present offices are generally being operated from residential accommodation in the suburbs and around the city. It is the government's intention to re-direct all commercial activities away from residential areas, into specified commercial areas.

Luano City is providing one of the first mixed use areas, where offices will be located in commercial districts.

The offices on offer vary in size from as compact as 50 square meters, which are suitable for small, and emerging companies, to larger custom designed spaces of any size.

SERVICES AND OUTCOME
Key Projects are managing the entire assembly, design, procurement and construction of this mixed use, residential, business, retail and industrial project.

Construction commenced in February 2012 on the first office blocks.
